Here are some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that we get here at JMac Property Services. Simply click on the + beside the questions below to see the answer. Just hosing out a wheelie bin or industrial bin is not sufficient to remove or kill the bacteria breeding ‘bad guys’. JMac’s professional service will give you peace of mind and protection for your home, your family, and if you have a business, your staff and your customers. Whatever your circumstance JMac’s got you covered.
Fortnightly is the happy medium and provides excellent results.
All cleaning products undergo extensive evaluation before we use them. JMac use only non-hazardous, biodegradable, environmentally safe and AQIS (Australian Quarantine Inspection Service) approved cleaning products.
JMac Property Services is a professional company focused on fulfilling Australian Industry Standards. All staff and equipment are appropriately licensed and fully insured.
Don’t worry. JMac will debit your pre-paid account only if they clean your bin. If you move house and remain within JMac’s service reach they will transfer the service to your new address. If you move outside of their reach they will refund any credit balance on your account
Everybody’s situation is unique. JMac understands this and they take pride in their ability to respond personally and attend on-site to every request for assistance or quotation. JMac’s units are all purpose designed and self contained. They clean all bins on-site.
No problem. With a reasonable amount of notice JMac can organise for a number of their units to attend at one time to ensure the job is completed as quickly as possible with the least amount of interruption in your workplace.

No, it is a company limited by guarantee with James and Gloria as the sole directors.
We have in place a Water Efficiency Management System to actually SAVE water and we work closely with the appropriate local councils and government agencies to keep up to date with water saving initiatives. We empty used water at the Council site for waste.
We close Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday and Easter Monday.
From time to time our trucks or the equipment break down despite our control over maintenance. If your bin is not emptied you will not be charged for the service and a credit will be applied to your account.
Please leave it out as we work to 6:00pm and sometimes beyond if we have been held up during the day. As long as we can access your property we put your bin away.
